AFTER HOURS CHARGES

Life is busy. Sometimes an in depth session is not easy to accommodate during work hours.
We offer the convenience of after hours sessions (after 5pm week days and weekend afternoon and evening sessions)

* A 10% surcharge applies to:

      * after hours appointments (after 5pm week days)
      * night clinic sessions (5pm-11pm Fri)

* A 10% surcharge for evening sessions
* A 10% surcharge applies to some weekend appointments


REBATES

• We have structured our fees to be highly competitive and have charitably lowered fees below professionally recognised levels in order to make a high level of care accessible with minimal out of pocket expense.

 

• Compare a session with Full Circle Counselling to a Medicare Rebated Full Fee Paying Professional and you will be delighted to realise you'll only be out of pocket by a negligible margin (ie $30 more or the cost of a few cafe lattes per week).

• As the Australian Government do not recognise Family Therapy as a Medicare Rebatable Item, we are unfortunately unable to offer a medicare rebate on our services. However we can assure you the minimal extra you pay to engage our services will have incalculable returns on your emotional health both now and in the future.

• Money shouldn’t be an obstacle to better mental, familial and relationship health.
• We provide discounted rates for Health Care Card Holders, Students and Individuals experiencing proven financial hardship.

cancellation policy & cancellation fees

• Our practitioners frequently have a waiting list of clients urgently requiring appointments.
• In the instance that you're unable to keep your appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice.

• ​If the appointment is missed or late notice given, a cancellation fee of $70 will be charged.
